Return and Refund Policy

At Guided Collectibles, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our return and refund policy.

Terms of Return

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

State of Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached (as applicable). Items that do not meet these criteria will have a 10% fee assessed on return

Reason for Return

We understand that returns may be necessary for various reasons. Whether the item was not what you expected, arrived damaged, or you simply changed your mind, we are here to help. Please provide a brief explanation for your return when contacting us.

Process for Return

To initiate a return, please EMAIL us at Mike@guidedcollectibles.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.

Process of Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
